Will has nearly 25 years of experience across investment banking (Merrill Lynch), private equity investing (Englefield Capital & Bregal Capital, and now RIC), corporate management, project finance & project development.

For over 20 years he has been focused on the renewables and environmental services sectors, including energy-from-waste, carbon products, waste management, recycling, wind and battery energy storage.
STEFAN SCHMITZ
Partner
Stefan has been drafting and structuring project finance contracts and funding solutions in the renewables sector for over 25 years, following his early career as a project finance lawyer (latterly a partner at Reed Smith LLP, London). As a result, he contributes a wealth of experience and contacts with strong origination credentials.
WILLIAM BLAUVAC
Vice President
William has over 6 years of experience in Infrastructure Private Equity investing with significant exposure to the renewables and energy transition sectors, including wind and solar, energy-from-waste, recycling, and battery storage.
Prior to joining Renewables Infrastructure Capital, he worked at Federated Hermes and Macquarie.
GEORGE HUTCHINSON
MBA Intern
George has joined RIC on our internship programme. George is a Chartered Accountant with 4 years experience post-qualification in Investment Management, principally in real estate with a focus on renewables.
During this period he gained broad exposure to UK energy markets including C&I solar and BESS deployment. George is currently completing his MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
